  1. Your photos are so beautiful & inspiring! I saw your post reblogged on the “Dream Big” blog. I love taking pictures of the beautiful things and places I encounter each day (I live in Philadelphia, PA, USA) and love looking at people’s photography! 😀 I have never been to London. It looks like a beautiful place! Thanks for sharing the beauty! ❤

  2. Nice pictures of historical London. The ones that tourists associate with the city. But living in it for decades now I must say that it’s not anymore as romantic and quaint as it looks, but a mega over-expensive, overcrowded with frantic stressed out shoppers, sleek commercial skyscrapers and moreover quite unfriendly city. I don’t mind living in it still but it has become a bit of a nightmare. Having said this I presume that the all world has gone in the same direction.

      • True what you say, but I most dislike about London is how unfriendly people are in it. It’s impossible to interact with others apart from the usual conventional: “how are you?” phrase. And believe me that I’m the most friendly person that you can ever meet but even for me it’s an uphill struggle. This is the reason why there are so many lonely and depressed people in this city. There is no humanity left just shopping thinking about moneyand hurrying about. In one of my books and in my main website controversialcook.com I call London ‘The City of the White Rabbits’ with reference to the White Rabbit of Wonderland who was always too much in a hurry to talk to anybody.
